All Clients have unlimited access to toll-free telephone, e-mail, Instant Messaging and Skype Support. Upon a brief triage of your problem, we will resolve problems, provide training, answer questions, and furnish technical advice.
Another option is for our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to take full remote control of the user's network, device, PC or laptop. Before a CSR may shadow a user's session or be granted control of a user's desktop, they must be given explicit permission by both a verbal confirmation as well as visual confirmation by clicking the appropriate dialog box on a screen provided by Beracha’s exclusive PCRx remote support software.
