The “Will Call” Plan – CIO

This program is not designed for a group who desires significant strategy, planning or timely results, but rather for the group which need an occasional consulting, second opinion or technology assessment.

Restrictions and understandings:
Any number of hours may be requested by a Client for CIO time on a Will-Call basis. These hours are subject to availability and treated as “filler” by the CIO Team members. Deliverables will be subject only to CIO schedules. No promise of delivery deadlines will be made nor should they be expected. Estimates of completed work will be subject to change. All Will-Call time is secondary to all primary contracted hours. Clients cannot schedule advance Will-Call time. Related T&L will be applied to Client for the fulfilling of this work.
Guaranteed, scheduled Will-Call time is available at the non-discounted rate of $175.00 per hour.

PLAN NOTES
- Any CIO Plan may be combined with other CIO plans for a minimum of 1 year.
- All plans are significantly subsidized and made possible by The Beracha Foundation. Beracha subsidizes most plans by approximately $95.00 per hour.
- All plans allow for monthly face-time as necessary and often on-demand availability. Advance planning for on-site meetings is required given the “shared” approach of multiple organizations.
- All plans call for a Beracha CIO to be present at key meetings, board meetings, planning retreats, etc…
- All plans allow for a Beracha CIO to delegate to appropriate substitutes for secondary duties and/or unusual schedule conflicts. Substitutes are highly experienced with backgrounds in “C” Level Fortune 500 leadership, Six-Sigma, R&D, technology, and process improvement.

Typical Accountability

1. CIO is a “Solid-line” Direct Report to the President, CFO or COO.
2. CIO is a “Dotted-line” Report to the Board of Trustees and reports as necessary.
3. CIO typically Chairs a Technology Committee(GMT) and Process Committees (PMTs)
4. CIO will coordinate with and supplements an existing CIO's plan.
