Eligibility Form for Beracha's Services

The Beracha Foundation partners with non-profit organizations to provide the expertise, resources, and information technology related services that would not otherwise be possible for the given organization to obtain.

This is possible for selected organizations because of subsidized services from Beracha, corporate sponsorships, and through internal efficiencies. As people and organizations participate in the investment activities of the foundation, they benefit from efficiencies of scale and access to professional services that would not normally be engaged by the charitable organizations.

To be eligible for such services, please fill out the following web form. If you prefer, you may also download the .PDF eligibility form and fax it to Beracha; however, only one submission is necessary. Upon completion of the form, The Beracha Foundation will process the application and contact the organization if it is deemed a good fit for Beracha’s services.
